Friday-VIP Night:
Exclusive HerStory Night-Mary Magdalene
On June 7th VIP attendees will gather for a revitalizing dinner and sleepover in the mountains. Prepare to be fed a delicious meal and rich material about Mary Magdalene, the first witness of the resurrection. Guests will be staying in a rustic lodge. Single beds, linens, towels, showers, and breakfast will all be provided.
Saturday-Day Retreat:
The Roots: Become more deeply rooted in your divine heritage and more nourished by your faith in Jesus Christ.
Yin Yoga: Miriam Solen, of The Prana Room, will lead us in a 45 minute Yin Yoga set. Yin Yoga is a more soothing, nurturing approach to yoga as opposed to it's athletic and more aggressive counterpart, Yang. This relaxing movement is designed to help you connect with your body, open your mind, and deepen your roots in preparation for the days’ nourishment.
Guided Imagery: Amber Richardson of On Sovereign Wings will lead us in a 40 minute customized and original guided meditation. You will be invited to visualize your innermost sovereign self, and connect with her wisdom and love, as together you plant your goddess tree in the imagery state.
The Trunk: Discover how to stand tall in your sense of self, your identity, and your core values.
Trunk Workshop: Bergen Hyde, of Womb Sisters, will help you explore your divine feminine identity, define your sense of self, and identify your core values. During this workshop you will have the opportunity to begin to identify your divine qualities and core values that will give you the strength and resilience to thrive in any season of life.
The Branches: Learn to branch out in your divine roles and sacred callings--daughter, sister, wife, and mother.
Branch Breakouts: Our breakout classes explore the four central roles of womanhood: woman as a daughter, sister, wife, and mother. These classes will be taught by Camlyn Giddins (Splitting the Sky), Rachel Twelmeyer (HerStory), Heidi Foss (Creative Collaborative) and Amber Richardson (On Sovereign Wings), respectively. Together we can create a new picture of how women can bear fruit in every role in healthier and more empowering ways.
The Grove: Restore your faith in the interconnectedness of women, heal relationships, and nourish the sisterhood that spans generations.
Grove Circle: Jentri Hames of Womb Sisters, will guide us in the therapeutic practice of restorative circles. The circle process gives space for you to tell your story, to hear others’ stories, and to find support and healing in your sacred connection to those around you.
