The Great Weaver Retreat

Black's Fork River Lodge (2 hours outside SLC, Utah)
The retreat’s mission is to help women navigate limiting or harmful paradigms woven into their sense of self, rend the old, and reweave a new sovereign identity through the healing archetype of the Great Weaver, our Heavenly Mother.
What the Great Weaver offers:
- A catered dinner and Herstory night featuring Bathsheba, yin yoga, guided imagery, workshop, breakout classes, personal/group reflection, goal setting, and community development.
- Participants will receive a workbook, tote, swag, dinner and lodging Friday night, as well as breakfast, lunch, and snacks on Saturday
- VIP guests will participate in an additional night at the lodge with keynote speaker, dinner, & festivities.
- A variety of sleeping arrangements are available to accommodate various price points-shared kings, private rooms**, and single beds-all first come, first served. Bathrooms, bedding, towels are all provided by the lodge.
Guests must be 16 or older* Guests with babes in arms are welcome and must purchase private room**

HerStory Night featuring Bathsheba:
From gathering wool to spinning thread, and finally to weaving our own tapestry, Bathsheba models for us how to become sovereign weavers of our own stories. Her story teaches us that the light and the darkness in our lives can all be knit together to create something useful and beautiful. Find yourself and the divine feminine in this exclusive HerStory night as we explore how Bathsheba is an archetype of the Great Weaver, our Heavenly Mother.
Saturday:

Morning Welcome: 8:45 AM
Yin Yoga: Saturday begins with gentle yin yoga. Yin Yoga is a soothing, nurturing approach to yoga and can be practiced by guests of any skill level. This relaxing movement is designed to help you connect with you body and unwind in preparation for the days’ work ahead.
Guided Imagery: You will be led on a 40 minute customized and original guided meditation, that will help you overcome any obstacles that might impede your progress for the day.
Womb Workshop: During this workshop you will be given the tools to
navigate the limiting or harmful paradigms woven into your sense of self, and begin to reweave a new sovereign identity.
Breakouts (choose 3 of 4 classes):
Daughter: Your Place in the Grand Tapestry- How sovereignty strengthens your relationship with your Heavenly Parents.
Sister: Weaving in Full Color- Weaving the diversity of womankind into the tapestry of sisterhood.
Wife: Dream Weaver- Creating a life of wholeness with your partner.
Mother: At the Spinning Wheel- How a daily practice of centering in sovereignty can bring greater peace in motherhood

Kim Christenson grew up in Draper, Utah and Brisbane, Australia, graduated from BYU with an English degree, and now lives in Lehi, Utah. She's kept a journal since she was five years old and believes deeply in the power of recording and owning your own story. Kimberly is a freelance writer and TV contributor through Talk Wordy to Me. She is also the co-founder of LOOM Journals, recently published a mindfulness ebook and is now pitching her first novel!
Kim Christenson will speak to us about how to use thought work and journaling to become more aligned with your truest self and your purpose.
Evening Festivities:
Dinner, dessert, hot cocoa and tea bar, dancing, swimming, hot tubbing, socializing, flower crowns, weaving, yoga, & and a guided meditation. Be prepared for a fun and relaxing opportunity to decompress and celebrate all your hard work!
